Return Policy
In the event of an error in the order or delivery details, the customer has a period of 2 hours from the time
the order is completed to report the error, by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
In the event of an error in delivery, the customer has a period of 24 hours from the receipt of the order to
make the relevant complaints, by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
Once these deadlines have expired, it is understood that the shipment has been made correctly.
All the products offered are original products of the brand, with factory guarantee certificate and in
principle
without any defect.
BRAVO EVENTOS SL is sure of the quality of the products it sells and expects the customer to be satisfied with
the product he or she has purchased. If, for any reason, the customer wishes to return the purchased product,
he/she has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products to process the return of
the
products purchased.
To carry out the return, it will be necessary that the product, its accessories and the original packaging
remain in perfect condition. You must ensure that the products are well packaged and protected against impacts
during transport. If the product is damaged because it was not properly packaged for shipment, its return will
not be accepted.
We will not accept returns of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
No returns will be accepted for items without their original packaging or if the packaging has been damaged or
tampered with or modified by the customer. We do not charge for the return process. All products are subject
to
technical inspection. If the product is damaged, altered, manipulated or missing parts, we reserve the right
not
to accept the return. We will not accept returns of goods and/or products that have already been opened or
unsealed.
When a return is made, if your order includes a gift or promotion, this gift must also be returned in order to
make the corresponding refund.

I.INTRODUCTION
Once you have downloaded and filled in the withdrawal document, you must send it to the following e-mail
address [email protected]
After sending the return mail in a maximum of 48 hours the user will receive the instructions to make the
return
effective.
The return must be sent together with the order number, a copy of the delivery note or simplified invoice, and
the signed withdrawal document.
In the case of international shipments, the order tracking number assigned by the transport company must also
be
provided.
The shipping costs for the return of the product are to be paid by the customer.
Once BRAVO EVENTOS SL has received the products to be returned and has checked their condition, the
corresponding amount will be refunded by means of the same method of payment that the customer would have
selected during the purchase process, except in the case of cash on delivery, which will be made by bank
transfer to the customer’s account (or another method agreed by both parties); and within a period of 14
calendar days from the time of receipt of the product. The customer also has the possibility, instead of a
refund, to request a voucher for the same amount as the purchase, which can be used within a period of 6
months
from the date of receipt.
II. GUARANTEE
In accordance with the current regulations of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, those
products of a durable nature that are not subject to expiry will have a 2-year guarantee.
For those products that include an expiration date or preferred consume date, the guarantee will be until the
indicated date, with a maximum of 2 years from the day of purchase.
After the first 6 months up to 2 years, an expert evaluation of the product will be necessary to verify that
the fault is of origin and not due to misuse.
Those products that are damaged due to impacts, negligence or improper handling, as well as materials worn out
by normal use, will not be covered by the guarantee.
If it is necessary to replace the product, it will not extend the guarantee, but will assume the same terms as
the first product delivered.
